Equal odds, not real English frequency
This generator gives every letter you have not excluded the exact same chance, picked by your browser's cryptographic random number generator. That is different from how often letters actually appear in English text or in a Scrabble tile bag.
E is the most common letter in English, showing up in roughly 12 percent of ordinary text, largely because of common words and endings like "the" and "-ed". Q and Z sit at the opposite end, each appearing in under 1 percent of text. A Scrabble bag mirrors that unevenness with 12 E tiles but only 1 each of Q and Z, so a real bag draw is not equally random the way this tool is.
